By using gun spraying, dipping, roller coating, and brushing method, Users can spray this pre-coating evenly on the surface of glass, where a layer of colorless coating film will be formed. Then UV curable inks can be printed on the coating directly, which will add ink adhesion, and make the finished products waterproof, anti-climate, anti-scratch, and fadeless.
1). Filling the uv coating into the storage tank of spraying gun, or the spraying bottles we afforded
2). Clean the surface of the glass,ceramic,metal,or other rigid materials to be coated.
3). Directly spray the coating onto the surface of glass, ceramic, metal,etc materials ovenly and uniformly.
4). Wait the coated subjects dry naturally.(about 10-15minutes).
Or directly pour the uv coating onto the surface of the subject to be coated, then spread or wipe the coating liquid ovenly and uniformly onto the surface. After 10-15minutes, the coated materials can be printed by UV printers.
