Applicable Print Materials:
Cotton (cotton, silk cotton and other materials including cotton) fabric sublimation transfer prepress processing, post-processing can be used directly (digital) sublimation transfer.

By using gun spraying, Users can spray this pre-coating evenly on the position of patterns/images of cotton garments/pieces needed a heat transfer process. The heat transfer can be done after the coating dry. Also users can DIP the cotton cloth / clothing / cotton pieces completely in sublimation coating solution, to make them fully disseminated. Then dry or dehydrate the cloth/garments/pieces in a dehydrator, then sublimation transfer process can be done after drying.

Traditional clothing dye-sublimation technology only is suitable for chemical-free polyester cotton fabrics. So pure cotton printed dress/garments need to be printed with a special heat transfer paper, which is not only high-cost, but also make the fabric feel bad. Cotton sublimation transfer coating makes pure cotton (digital) sublimation transfer possible, which is an innovation in the field of digital transfer.
